 - Items without original tags and packaging.
 - Sale/discounted items (unless defective or wrong product delivered).

- Step 2: Include your Order Number, Product Name, and reason for return.
- Step 3: Our team will review your request and provide you with return instructions.
Note: Items returned without prior communication will not be accepted.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return delivery.

4. Refunds Process:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment (Razorpay or Paytm) within 7-10 business days.
